Streets Ahead ordering process

We can quote for any item supplied by Streets Ahead and give an estimated delivery based on our ordering cycle. If you decide to proceed we order the items for you. When the items are delivered to us we send a payment request together with a list of the items to be shipped to you..  You pay for the items and we ship them to you.

Ordering Cycle

We do not hold stock of all catalogue items. We order items dependent on our demand cycles, and in combining order requests, spreads our costs which we then pass on to you. i.e. single items can be expensive unless we combine with other orders already in the system.

If you are interested in estimated costs of any items please contact us for a no-obligation quote simply advise the item reference and quantity required to streets@dbminiatures.co.uk

We do not request payment until items are delivered to us and ready to ship to you. This avoids problems with any items not in stock / issues beyond our control.

*Deposits

Occasionally we may request a small deposit to secure orders. This is at our discretion and is our safety net when orders are high volume/value  

Returns

We accept returns of individual catalogue items/orders & refund item costs to you (this is pro-rated across our orders). All items should be returned as received with the original packing. Please advise any returns before shipping back to us.
